Don founded Career Continuation Inc., a parent company of Haney/Lowderman in 1988. Prior to that Don worked for the Hay Group and Tyler & Company as a senior consultant in both career transition and executive search.  

With key leadership roles in such companies as Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Glaxo Smith Kline and A.C. Nielsen, Don brings a wealth of transferable skills and experience to the clients he serves. He has earned B.S. and M.B.A. degrees.

Bill received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri at Columbia and also completed four years of Doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology at the University of Missouri at St. Louis. His prior experience includes: Forty years consulting and human resource experience with Price Waterhouse & Co., the St. Louis Police Department, Chicago & NorthWestern Railroad (as an industrial psychologist), Tyler & Company (as VP-Executive Search Division), and Lowderman & Haney (as Principal). Bill has extensive experience in healthcare executive and physician search and has been engaged in career transition for healthcare executives since 1988.
